Customer Service Week is a worldwide initiative that is aimed at instilling a culture of service the world over. At Heritage Bank, we made a commitment to make the most of our first ever Customer Service Week, and we succeeded.

From October 7 to 10 2013, the Heritage Bank team went from an assortment of casual and other creative dressing to a spectacular display of creativity in Nigerian native attire, as we strove to put our best foot forward in engendering the sort of atmosphere that will inspire staff into an attitude that will create the sort of environment customers deserve.
